Shipping & Returns-

     Q: Can you return purchased products?

     A: COVID-19 Update - In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. We will  NOT  be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. If your item is defective, please email or call us. This policy is consistent online as well as in person. Some special conditions may apply - contact us with any questions. All sales are final, we hope you understand.

     Q: Can I have my items shipped somewhere?

     A: Absolutely!! Shipping is not explicitly set-up on our website; however, we'd be more than happy to help. Give us a call or email and we will work with you on a case by case basis to get your items shipped to where they need to go (additional shipping costs may apply).

 

Making a Wishlist-

     Q: Can you make a wishlist? 

     A: You can make a wish list if you create an account with our website. One can create one by scrolling to the bottom of the website after logging in and clicking on the "My wishlist" found under "My account". Simply go to any product and click on "Add to wishlist" found under the product description.

     Q: Who can see my wishlist? 

     A: Only you can see your wishlist along with us. Unfortunately you cannot share your wishlist via social media or link. We recommend coming into the store and creating a hardcopy wishlist. Another option is to make one online and we can pull it up for anyone in the store looking for it.

 

In Person vs. Online Shopping

     Q: Is everything in the physical store available online?

     A: Nope! We have so many products in our physical store that we couldn't fit them all into the online store! If you have any questions about what we have, give us a call, message us on Facebook, or come on in!

 

Ordering Process

     Q: What is the process that occurs after I place my order?

     A: Great question! Your order gets sent to our very special group of Toy Store Heroes that will then process it as soon as possible. You will then receive an email that your order is ready for pickup. After receiving this email feel free to stop in the store and pickup your order or use our curbside delivery by parking outside of our store and giving us a call so we can bring your order out to your car!!
